Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive who can take the property to the market, identify new business opportunities and generate quality enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for the resort
  • Identify and approach corporates, institutions, event organisers, wedding/event planners, travel agencies and other potential clients
  • Generate enquiries for rooms, group stays, conferences, seminars, meetings, corporate events, get-togethers, social functions, birthdays, anniversaries and other events
  • Promote the resort's rooms, banquet halls, lawns, conference facilities, dining and other property offerings
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable venue and package options
  • Generate enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and coordinate with the resort team for conversion
  • Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries and follow-ups

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident in field sales and client meetings
  • Can independently identify new sources of business
  • Has a proactive approach towards lead generation
  • Understands WhatsApp/social-media based marketing
  • Can present a hospitality property professionally to prospective clients
  • Has strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, event sales, corporate sales or business development will be preferred
This is a business-development-oriented position. The focus is not merely on marketing the property, but on creating new market opportunities, generating enquiries and contributing towards business conversion.
